Carl
F. Anderson:
Carl
grew up in Rochester, Minnesota and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Education. In 1989, Carl earned his
Juris Doctor Degree from William Mitchell College of Law, and
clerked for Olmsted County District Court Judge Wieners 1989 - 1990, and
was the president of Legal Assistance of Olmsted County 1997 - 1998.
Carl lives in Rochester with his wife Sherri and their three children.
